Waseley Governors have voted to proceed with academy conversion despite widespread opposition from parents and community. Read parent Cormac Loane’s report here.
UPDATE: The Governing Body of Bournville School has voted to proceed with Foundation Status after extending the consultation process. A notice has been posted on the school website. They are also obliged to publish a Foundation Proposal and there now follows a period of representation in which people can make comments or objections. The deadline for comments or objections is 30th November 2012. The proposal is available on request from governors@bournville.bham.sch.uk.
